2023: ROBIN robot reduced labor costs when checking data in the Administration of the Petrograd District of St. Petersburg

Automation of support processes using software robots based on the ROBIN platform was included in the project of the Administration of the Petrograd District of St. Petersburg "Optimization of the process of generating data on the actual consumption of fuel and energy resources and water: expenses aimed at paying utility bills and paying off payables to service providers."

The project was aimed at reducing the significant labor intensity of the process, reducing the time spent waiting for information from subordinate organizations, including due to returns for revision, eliminating a large number of technical errors when entering information manually.

As a result of the project implementation, it was possible to reduce the labor intensity of the process by 2 times - from 20 to 10 hours. This became possible due to the optimization of the number of process participants and the need for long-term approvals, the exclusion of printed versions of documents with a "live" signature, as well as the introduction of a software robot based on the ROBIN platform during the formation of the "Certificate of Coordination of Fuel and Energy and Water." The robot eliminates errors when transferring data from the approval protocol to quarterly reports and allows you to reduce labor costs for 4 hours when checking the provided data from employees of subordinate institutions.
