2025: Dion Platform Rollout
Ural Steel has implemented the DION corporate communications platform developed by the T1 IT holding. Employees gained access to the video conferencing module, corporate chats and video hosting. Also, users can call city phones directly from DION. The implementation is implemented in the cloud installation, which made it possible to launch the system in a short time and integrate it into business processes - this format significantly reduces the load on the internal resources of the client. This was announced by T1 on April 15, 2025.
Earlier, Ural Steel used another solution, but after the departure of foreign developers from the domestic market, the industrial player switched to finding a Russian alternative. The company was looking for a solution with video hosting for storing and managing videos, a built-in calendar, the ability to call city phones and corporate chats for internal communication. As of April 2025, about 2,000 employees of the company use the product.
The platform fully meets the company's requirements: scalability, stability and availability of the necessary functions. We often hold conferences joined by a substantial number of employees, including external representatives. The platform provides simultaneous connectivity for up to 5,000 members, which fully covers our current needs. We especially appreciate the operational support, the team's readiness to adapt the product to our needs and the possibility of updates that expand the platform's functionality, "said Ilya Vlasenko, Director of Corporate Communications at Ural Steel. |
The DION team takes into account the needs of customers by offering customized solutions. So, at the request of Ural Steel JSC, we successfully integrated the functionality of the calendar even before its official release. It is important for us not only to meet the expectations of customers, but also to predict them, providing all possible tools to improve business efficiency, "said Anton Spirin, Deputy General Director for Business Development at NOTA. |
The team is developing a cloud disk for storing files, an interactive collaboration board and an email client. These tools will allow users to solve more business problems within a single platform, increasing convenience and efficiency.
