2025: Building a Digital Manufacturing and Financial Process Management System
On the basis of 1C: Integrated Automation, the digital system for managing production and financial processes of AVIVAK Research and Production Enterprise LLC was created. Readiness for mandatory labeling of veterinary drugs is ensured. The formation of prime cost accelerated 2 times, and the turnover of reserves increased by 15%.
As reported, as of April 2025, AVIVAK Scientific and Production Enterprise LLC produces more than 60 names of vaccines and diagnostic test systems for poultry farming. The company's products are used by 35% of Russian poultry farms and are exported to the CIS countries and abroad.
With the expansion of production capacities and the growth of demand for products, the company has become necessary to modernize accounting and management processes. An additional incentive for the transition to the 1C system was the introduction from 2026 mandatory labeling of veterinary drugs.
The problem was solved by the team 1C-Rarus"" in. St. Petersburg Together with the management and specialists of the enterprise, a survey was carried out, business processes according to the results of which they chose "1C: Integrated Automation." The software product provides the necessary level of management and accounting, detailing the cost of production, and makes it possible to automate planning and budgeting.
Project results:
- The assortment in the database has been reduced by 3 times: from 15 to 5 thousand positions due to the normalization of reference books for raw materials, materials and equipment. Duplicates were removed and grouping added by item type, which optimized warehouse, purchasing, and sales operations.
- Inventory turnover increased by 15%. A mechanism has been developed and implemented for collecting all unsecured procurement needs in a single document "Consolidated Application." The procurement process has become transparent and manageable, eliminating the need for coordination on paper and in e-mail.
- A tool for reducing receivables has appeared. The transition from manual processing to automatic grouping of arrears by days of delay helps to quickly identify problem debts and increases the efficiency of working with customers.
- You have set up various types of reports for the needs of specific users: movement of goods and costs in production, shipment to buyers and commissions, sales dynamics by groups and types of items, inventory inventory accounting, rack card. At the same time, the usual interface of reporting forms was preserved, which ensured the convenience of operation when switching to an updated system.
- Integrations with the systems of regulated accounting and payroll calculation were implemented: "1C: Accounting" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management." This made it possible to create a unified system for managing the processes of the enterprise and avoid manual transfer of information between departments.
- The implemented system ensures readiness for mandatory labeling of veterinary drugs from 2026 (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 675 of May 27, 2024), making it possible to automate the formation of reports in the GIS for monitoring the turnover of goods.
The project performers from 1C-Rarus were frequent guests at our enterprise in the Leningrad Region. Immersion in production processes helped to adapt the system specifically to our needs. We had 20 training meetings for us, sorted out the changes and answered our questions. The upgraded system gives us all the numbers we need for financial controlling. Operational monitoring of financial indicators helps to quickly respond to market changes. The foundation has been laid for the transition to mandatory labeling of veterinary drugs in 2026. told Tkachenko Elena Aleksandrovna, Deputy Director for Finance, NPP "AVIVAK" |
