2025: Implementation of IVA MCU

IVA Technologies has implemented a project to create a unified communication environment for the largest independent leasing company in Russia, Europlan, based on the professional video conferencing server IVA MCU. IVA Technologies announced this on April 29, 2025.

The decision fully replaced Microsoft Teams, creating a single circuit for information exchange for more than 3 thousand employees from 87 cities of Russia.

The IVA MCU platform was introduced into Europlan as part of the import substitution strategy, replacing foreign software with a modern domestic solution with advanced functionality.

The professional video conferencing system from IVA Technologies allows you to hold all types of online events and scale depending on the growth of the company. The client built into the IVA MCU with the corporate messenger function IVA Connect guarantees the confidentiality of employee business correspondence data, since it is also integrated into the infrastructure.

Thanks to the comprehensive audit of Europlan's infrastructure, including network components, server hardware and software, the implementation of the IVA MCU was carried out as quickly as possible and without failures. The VKS server with the built-in messenger seamlessly integrated with the company's corporate directories and mail clients, ensuring the continuity of business processes.

As part of the transition to this communication solution, Europlan organized corporate events aimed at introducing employees to the functionality of the IVA MCU, which further positively affected the effectiveness of internal communication and collaboration.
