2025: Transition to ETrH
"Business Lines" switched to electronic consignment notes (ETrN) in inter-terminal transportation, integrating the EDO system with their own developments. This combination of technologies made it possible to speed up the work of employees by 2 times and significantly reduce the cost of paper document circulation. In 2024, the company issued 350 thousand invoices. GC "Business Lines" was required to integrate the EDM system with internal IT solutions in order to synchronize all participants in the transportation in real time. Program integration is implemented using API methods. Tensor announced this on April 29, 2025.
Now the creation, coordination and signing of shipping documents takes place online. In this case, the updated data is automatically transmitted to the EPD GIS through the Tensor operator (developer of the Saby EDM system).
Basic technologies would not be able to support our processes. Customization was required. The integration solution was the API. The technology was accurately adapted to our project. We practically do not touch the Saby platform: we fully work with ETrN in our interface. Saby transmits statuses for each ETrH, noted in the press service of the GC "Business Lines."

Also, combining the own developments of "Business Lines" with the system E-DOCUMENT FLOW made it possible to cover all kinds of scenarios. cargo transportation For example, cargo forwarding on the way occurs without the need to reissue documents, and in the event of a driver replacement, or transport data are updated and transmitted to all participants.
The system automatically sends notifications about the status of invoices, ensuring transparency of transportation. Drivers no longer need paper copies of documents - when checking the traffic police, it is enough to present a QR code. All shipping documents are stored in digital format, which simplifies their accounting and search in the cloud archive. According to the "Business Lines," the transition to ETrN in inter-terminal transportation saves the company up to 2,500 packages of paper per year and 12,000 hours of working time of employees.
The company plans to scale the ETrN for other types of transportation in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Transport.
