2025: Modernization of Sistema-112

In the Tambov region, the comprehensive modernization of System-112 was completed, aimed at improving the quality of emergency assistance to the population. At the end of January 2025, the leadership of the Tambov Regional State Budgetary Institution Regional Information and Technical Center (TOGBU RITZ), PJSC Rostelecom and Iskra Technologiya JSC signed an act recognizing the integrated tests of the updated system as successful. In April, the interdepartmental working group took the modernized "System-112" of the Tambov region into permanent operation. This was reported to Iskra Technologiya on April 29, 2025.

The basis for the decision was:

• complete compliance of the system with the requirements of the terms of reference;
• successful results of pilot operation.

The modernization took place in two stages. At the first stage, equipment, system-wide and specialized software were delivered. The second stage included work on the installation of equipment, the integrated commissioning of the system and the integration of external information systems.

In connection with the complete update of the solution, a critical stage was the training of System-112 operators in the new interface. The specialists of Iskra Technologiya JSC also conducted training for the customer's technical support employees, which ensured a smooth transition to the new system and minimized possible risks when working with it.

The modernized System-112 of the Tambov region fully complies with the requirements of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1931 and No. 2071, and also allows you to form reports regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia No. 192. It is important to note that the events were carried out consistently, without stopping the operation of the current system and interrupting the reception of calls from citizens. At the same time, access to the call database for the last three years is saved without losing archival information.

In addition to the technical component, the organizational structure of System-112 was re-formed, addressing and distribution of calls were optimized. The modernization also made it possible to certify the system for compliance with information security requirements as an object of critical information infrastructure (CII).

Despite the complexity and the large amount of tasks that needed to be solved, the project was implemented in a short time - in just five months. From the start of work to the switch to the solution of Iskra Technologiya JSC deployed in the RCT, only three months passed, another two months were required for the full implementation and performance of complex tests.

The system-112 has become more modern, reliable and efficient. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of all project participants, residents of the Tambov region will receive better and more prompt assistance in emergency situations, "the RITZ TOGBU said.
