2025: iSpring Learn Implementation
Sibedge implemented iSpring Learn to systematize corporate learning. ISpring Solutions announced this on May 19, 2025.
The transition to the system allowed the company to move away from episodic formats to a structured competency development system, simplify the creation of training content and launch asynchronous training for distributed teams.
Prior to the introduction of iSpring Learn, training at Sibedge was non-systemic and episodic. Bitrix24 "s disparate knowledge base could not replace full-fledged educational materials, and face-to-face meetings were difficult to control and scale in a remote environment. There were also no clear mechanisms for assessing the effectiveness of training, tracking progress and analyzing results. For distributed teams, there was a problem of synchronous training.
The creation of a structured employee development system required a solution that would allow building training taking into account all business processes of the company. After analyzing the market for LMS products, Sibedge chose iSpring Learn. The key advantages are an intuitive interface for creating courses, support for interactive elements and flexibility in organizing asynchronous training. The implementation took several months and required technical tasks, including integration with the corporate ecosystem.
The iSpring Learn platform enabled Sibedge to automate key processes related to employee development. The training became interactive thanks to built-in questions and tests inside longrides. This made it easier to develop content for training managers and internal experts who independently create and publish educational materials, covering both technical and management competencies. Data on passing courses through the iSpring API is uploaded to Power BI, where Sibedge analysts customize reporting for business needs.
As of May 2025, about 40-50% of the company's employees actively use the platform. In the future, Sibedge plans to strengthen the involvement of staff in training, including through integration with Microsoft Teams, the introduction of mandatory training courses and the development of a novice onboarding system.
| iSpring Learn has become a standard for us and a reliable basis for improving corporate learning. The platform allows you to solve specific problems, train employees asynchronously, track their progress and build individual trajectories. This is the optimal solution in terms of value for money, and we recommend it to companies that are looking for a convenient LMS for system learning without unnecessary complexity, "said Alexey Erpert, HRD Sibedge. |
| The Sibedge case clearly demonstrates the demand for flexible solutions for IT companies. We see how customers adapt the platform to their business processes, creatively solve their specific tasks with its help. For example, the iSpring API allows companies to embed analytics into third-party systems, and the ease of creating courses saves coaches time, said Ekaterina Berger, commercial director of iSpring. |
