iSpring Learn is a corporate training platform.
2025: Development Plans Module
On June 5, 2025, iSpring introduced the Development Plans module in the iSpring Learn LMS platform. With this update, iSpring Learn goes beyond training and takes a step towards HRTech, transforming into a system that encompasses not only L&D processes, but also key steps in human resources management - from adaptation to career development.
This tool allows companies to build individual plans for adaptation and development, combining training with real work tasks and managing employee progress. The module helps to accelerate the integration of newcomers, increase productivity, reduce turnover on probation and the cost of hiring and onboarding, as well as speed up employees' access to targets and systematize their performance data.
If earlier the focus in iSpring Learn was on training courses and tests, now the platform covers the entire path of the employee - from paperwork and meetings with mentors to final certification and career planning. The module combines training and practical tasks, providing a flexible mechanism for managing employee progress. Unlike automated trajectories, development plans include task validation by mentors, supervisors, or subject matter experts.
The module allows you to create development plans from scratch or based on ready-made templates. Each plan includes basic information, a checklist with stages and tasks, a list of assigned employees and their mentors, as well as settings for welcome letters and visual design.
Employees can perform tasks in a browser or through a mobile application and send them for verification. Supervisors and mentors receive detailed progress reports, and subject experts receive a separate section to review assignments.
Particular attention is paid to the final assessment. A few days before the completion of the plan, mentors and managers receive a notification in the system requesting final feedback. Based on the collected data, a decision is made whether the employee managed to pass the probationary period, whether he is ready for the next career step and whether the development plan needs to be finalized. This eliminates the need to manually collect information from different sources, simplifies communication between participants and speeds up personnel decision-making.
According to the reports, you can also track the most effective mentors - those whose wards undergo adaptation faster and more successfully. This makes it possible not only to support the best, form a personnel reserve and develop employees with the potential for management.
| The Development Plans module is not just a function, but a strategic expansion of the platform. We go beyond training and move towards integrated human resources management. iSpring Learn is becoming not only LMS, but also the foundation for the HRM system - with transparent processes for adaptation, employee development and analytics that help make personnel decisions faster and more accurately, "said Mikhail Krechin, Head of Product Development at iSpring. |

Integration with Zoom Meetings
On July 11, 2019, it became known that iSpring - a company developing applications and services for distance learning - announced the release of the integration RES of iSpring Learn with the webinar service -. Zoom Meetings Users of the system now have access to important learning tools such as video broadcasts and webinars. To do this, you need to carry out a free system update, as well as connect the Zoom service to the required number of participants, depending on the needs of the company.
Planning webinars comes from a single section "Events" - an instructor can record employees both for face-to-face training and for a webinar. The system itself will send out invitations and reminders, as well as track down which of the invited people is present at the webinar. In case of changes in the schedule, all invited employees will receive appropriate notifications. Users can connect to the webinar simply by following the link from the letter, or through their profile in the system.
Now coaches can not only post their courses, video files and any other documents, but also communicate with the audience interactively, for example, conducting online surveys right during the webinar. Listeners can communicate with each other in personal and common chats, share links and files. The video recording of the webinar can be modified by the instructor using the iSpring Suite course editor and is subsequently available to students. The organizer will have access to statistics showing, in particular, which of the users participated in the webinar to the end, and who left it after five minutes.
Mobility is one of the most important requirements for modern business. Therefore, webinars integrated into iSpring Learn will work on any device and operating systems: Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. You can schedule an online broadcast from your work computer in the office, and conduct it from your phone on the way to a business meeting.
