2025: Event Management Solution Presentation

Diasoft has developed the Event Management solution, which allows you to plan corporate events and record their results, as well as monitor all employee interaction processes. The developer announced this on May 28, 2025. It solves a wide range of tasks: from organizing daily meetings on the calendar to holding public meetings and meetings of collegial bodies. The solution supports master data of participants (employees of the organization and external partners), which allows all participants to work in a single information space, effectively interact with each other.

Key functionality of the solution:

• planning, conducting and monitoring the results of meetings, meetings, committees and regular working groups;
• Planning of the personnel work schedule taking into account the restrictions on the calendar
• maintaining a communication plan taking into account the roles, powers and relationships of participants, including through the organizational structure of the company;
• Automation of document flow and flexibility in setting up business processes related to subpoenas, protocols, and instructions
• centralized control over corporate events;
• voting on agenda items with support for all types of issues;
• visualization of the results of meetings and meetings, in particular, a dashboard for tracking status on instructions.

The solution provides seamless integration with accounting systems, human resources and personnel management systems, postal services and other business systems. The solution sets the procedure for coordinating protocols based on the results of meetings, while protocols and orders are transferred to the next stages of management thanks to user tasks.

Implementation in a microservice architecture provides high performance and easy integration of the solution into any IT landscape. The decision "Event Management" is included in the register of Russian software (entry No. 18663 of 22.08.2023).
