2025: Conducting Cyber Exercises
As part of the cooperation agreement between the Government of the Sakhalin Region and the Government of the Altai Territory, on May 28, 2025, joint online cyber training was held among employees of the subordinate institution of the Ministry of Digital and Technological Development of the Sakhalin Region "Center for Regional Digital Transformation," as well as representatives of executive authorities and subordinate institutions of the Altai Territory. Interregional cyber training was held at the Ampire cyberpoligon under the guidance of teachers of the Promising Monitoring company, which was announced by the latter on May 29, 2025.
The Ampire Cyber Polygon is a training platform developed by Perspective Monitoring and designed to train, train and train specialists information security from, state-, creditfinancial industrial and commercial organizations. In May 2025, regular cyber training of information security specialists throughout the country is held at the training ground.
Joint cyber training of information security specialists Sakhalin Oblast and the Altai Territory took place in the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) format. As a result of cyber exercises, regional teams have worked out the skills of identifying computer attacks and investigating information security incidents, improved interaction between units, and also studied new ways to neutralize and prevent computer attacks.

Joint cyber exercises used a specially designed attack scenario, as well as a typical model of the virtual infrastructure of executive authorities.
