On May 27, 2025, the Russian auto assembly enterprise Avtotor announced a project to create a system for managing the life cycle of auto components. The Russian Information Technology Development Fund (RFRIT) provided a grant in the amount of 144 million rubles for the development of relevant software .
The initiative is aimed at improving the efficiency of production. The development is carried out within the framework of the federal program "Domestic Solutions" of the national project "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the State." The platform is being created by Avtotor Information Technologies LLC (a subsidiary of Avtotor) together with the domestic IT company Top Systems JSC. In addition to grant funds, Avtotor invests its own money.
It is planned to finalize and implement the system for managing the lifecycle of auto components in terms of product development and production technologies (including metal casting), the introduction of an engineering data exchange portal between suppliers and automakers. Top Systems JSC will provide its own T-FLEX PLM Platform solution for the project, which includes T-FLEX PLM Server, T-FLEX DOCs, T-FLEX CAD, T-FLEX Technology, T-FLEX PDM.
The system will be used in production to digitally organize processes such as metal casting. It is planned to integrate the modeling platform with the process engineering system: such functionality, as noted, is absent in existing domestic and foreign analogues.
The solution you are preparing will be used when you create an Autotor auto-component cluster. In the future, the product can be used for digital transformation of other Russian customers, including industrial enterprises, holdings, state corporations and companies with state participation.[1]
