The Greenhills team set a goal: to optimize work with documentation, strengthen control over the timely acceptance of documents by contractors and reduce the number of errors in construction and installation work. The module solves these problems by automatically tracking the status of documents, centralized access to current versions and complete transparency of the actions of all project participants.

Users can easily control the number of approved packages, the average time of their acceptance and the status of documents - accepted, rejected or under approval. The solution supports the instant release of documents for production and signing of certificates, including seamless integration with Kontur.Diadok. In the near future, a large-scale product update is planned: the pig 10D will become a full-fledged environment of general data - a universal tool for working with key types of engineering and technical documentation: design, work, initial permits, as-built and author's supervision log.

The module establishes a new standard for working with construction documentation. The solution has already proven its effectiveness: we save up to 5% of the facility's budget through clear communication between participants and a unified data environment. For example, after the implementation of the system in Samolet, the average acceptance time for kits was reduced to 5 minutes, and 100% contractors work exclusively with current versions of documents.
