The general preparation of the premises for occupancy is also monitored: the correctness of the installation of the kitchen set, the presence of furniture and accessories paid by the buyer and the compliance of their arrangement with the original design. This process involves walkthroughs of premises by employees of the quality department and a large amount of paperwork, which takes a significant time in the project schedule.
