JSC Polymetal the Russian mining is a company managing 8 assets under, gold, silver and copper mining as well as several exploration projects. The company's headcount exceeds 12,000 employees.

The goal of the project for the transition to a modern ERP system is to improve monitoring and improve the efficiency of management of production processes of the enterprises of the Polymetal group of companies.

Project results:

1. Production accounting and reporting of enterprises of Polymetal Group of Companies are formed according to a single methodology and based on a centralized data source.

2. Single entry of production indicators into the system for reporting is ensured. The possibility of unauthorized adjustment of the agreed production reporting is excluded.

3. 12 complex reports and 8 references were created to quickly obtain the necessary data for monitoring production processes. This increases the efficiency of decision-making at all levels of group management.

4. The created system monitors 65 production indicators. The peculiarity of the developed system is the possibility of:

• keep records of the output and consumption of electrical and thermal energy;
• calculate the efficiency of the use of water resources, equipment, materials;
• analyze the scope of production for mines and quarries, laboratories and sample preparation.
