CoGIS Mobile - CoGIS Mobile applications are clients of the CoGIS geoportal and allow you to receive mapping information from the CoGIS geoportal through mobile devices.
Mobile applications operate in two modes: online if available; Internet offline without connecting to. to the Internet
Online mode is available in the presence of stable communication and mobile Internet. Online and offline maps are available to the user. When you create new objects, modify geometry, and edit attributes of existing objects, data is automatically sent to the server in the geodata database. All changed data after sending to the server becomes available for search and identification on an online map in a mobile device.
Offline mode is designed to view or collect geodata in the absence of communication and mobile Internet. Data is collected and stored on the device in pre-created offline layers. Offline layers are created at the moment when the user opens an offline map in the presence of the Internet, and the attributes and symbols of the offline layer are determined by the corresponding mapping service.
