2025: Transition to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management"
The Kazan office of 1C-Rarus has completed the project to develop a budgeting methodology at the KMArud plant as part of the implementation of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management solution. As a result, the revenue and spending planning process has become more orderly. 1C-Rarus announced this on July 29, 2025.
Previously, JSC "KMAruda Combine" used the software product "." Management decided to transfer financial accounting to the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management configuration and at the same time change the budgeting methodology to a more efficient one.
The task was to develop a methodology that would meet the requirements of consolidating budgets at PMH enterprises.
1C-Rarus specialists updated the regulations, clarified the sequence of work with budgets and fully formalized the budgeting process in this software product. A total of 115 budget forms have been configured.
In total, 150 users work in the 1C:ERP system at the enterprise, about 25 users constantly work in the budgeting subsystem.
AWS were created for the work: for the distribution of costs, updating budgets, as well as AWS for calculating the planned cost.
1C:ERP was integrated with 1C products used by PMX: the implemented 1C:ERP system partially takes information from 1C: Holding Management and transfers it to the holding management organization in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.
Budget planning for 2025 is organized on the basis of the 1C: ERP solution. The plant received a methodology that can be broadcast to the other 10 enterprises of the holding.
