2025: Implementation of the accounting system using the RFID solution
Clothing store SVMOSCOW has automated the accounting system using an RFID solution from RUTI Inventas. With the introduction of the technology, the boutique got rid of losses and accounting errors, simplified the movement of goods between the store and the warehouse and accelerated the inventory: quarterly now takes four days instead of two weeks, and the number of employees involved has decreased from five to one. Thus, the labor costs for conducting the inventory were reduced by 12 times. This was announced by "RUTI Inventas" on July 30, 2025.
Previously, QR codes were used to record goods in SVMOSCOW: employees scanned each unit manually, which took a long time and increased the risk of errors. The store needed a more modern and accurate system to automate operations and reduce losses.
The implemented solution includes RFID tags TwinTag developed and produced by RUTI Inventas at its own plant in, Leningrad Region readers software and RST-Speedware and RST-Web-Connect, integrated with. 1C
RFID readers are installed at the entrance to the store, which instantly record an attempt to take out unpaid goods. Instead of a standard siren, the system plays a calm melody - this allows you to maintain the atmosphere of a premium space. Already in the first year of operation, the technology helped prevent thefts worth more than 2 million rubles.
Typically, reading systems are large portal structures at the entrance. But in SVMOSCOW, the RUTI Inventas team neatly built the devices into the walls, preserving the integrity of the interior and leaving the technology invisible to visitors.
At the warehouse, the RFID system automated routine acceptance and movement operations: portal readers and data collection terminals record the arrival of goods without opening the package. All data is automatically sent to the accounting system, which simplified the formation of reporting and accelerated the delivery of missing items to the trading floor.
Also, thanks to RFID technology, end-to-end accounting of goods has been created at all stages - from warehouse to trading floor. This minimizes the risks of transportation losses and simplifies the work of employees: using the Chainway data collection terminal, C72 the desired position can be found in seconds.
