The pilot implementation took place at a warehouse in Balashikha. Its area is 7,945 sq. m. The developed solution was supposed to form the basis for further replications, so the project team had to take into account all the nuances and subtleties of logistics business processes.

The implementation of WMS AXELOT allowed warehouse personnel to perform all warehouse operations using data collection terminals. Now all actions with products in real time are recorded in the system, and warehouse employees always have an accurate algorithm for performing operations at hand.

Each item in the warehouse is assigned a certain condition ("Good," "Transit," "Seasonal Storage," "Special Order"), which facilitates the distribution of the goods in the corresponding areas in the warehouse. If goods with PPE are accepted into the warehouse, which are not in the plan, or wheels on which there is no honest mark label, they are placed in a separate quarantine zone. There, products without "Honest Sign" labels are waiting for further labeling.

It was important for the company that one employee collected goods for one flight. To do this, the project team used the "Selection Sheet" functionality. This solution allows you to display the selection group barcodes and orders from the Flight document, which simplifies the employee's work.

The address storage and event model implemented in AXELOT WMS in the organization of processes reduce the impact of the human factor. So, for example, in real time, you can understand the exact location of a particular wheel, and tasks for its movement are formed exclusively by the algorithms of the system.

Due to the fact that the company's corporate information system and business processes differ from typical ones in many aspects, the integration performed using the Datareon Platform was quite complex and required appropriate software changes. Not without difficulties in the launch process, but these difficulties did not become an obstacle for the project teams to achieve the common goal of launching the warehouse into commercial operation. Despite additional modifications and the associated timing shift, the system has been put into operation and is in line with expectations.
