2025: Implementation of EW AdTarget
Eastwind on August 7, 2025 announced the completion of the project to implement the EW AdTarget marketing campaign management system for Beeline Kazakhstan.
Beeline Kazakhstan strives to maintain high loyalty of subscribers due to personal and timely communications in convenient channels. In 2023, the operator announced a competition to replace the existing campaign management solution, and based on its results, it chose Eastwind's EW AdTarget system. Cooperation with the operator has been ongoing since 2015 in the field of VAS and CVM products, and the current project has expanded this partnership.
The main features of EW AdTarget:
- Flexible integration with operator infrastructure and big data processing systems
- deep segmentation of the subscriber base;
- support for personalization based on more than 1000 parameters of the client profile and the Next Best Offer ML model;
- convenient drag-and-drop interface for quick creation of omnichannel scripts.
Integration with the mobile application "My Beeline" allows you to recommend the most relevant products to subscribers right inside the operator's digital service ecosystem. The first update after the launch was the contact policy management function, already available to Beeline Kazakhstan marketers.
