1C-Rarus modernized the control system of the Vostok shopping center based on the 6th edition of the Alfa-Auto: Auto Show + Auto Service + Auto Parts software product.

A single comprehensive control system for the auto center has been created. The unit for working with auto parts and repairs has been improved. Order processing accelerated by 15% and inventory turnover improved by 10%.

Since 2010, the Vostok Technical Center has been supplying cargo, special and trailed equipment. The service center of the company is located in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region and provides services for the maintenance and repair of cars.

Project results:

1. 60% reduced labor costs of employees of the auto center due to the automation of accounting and sales of auto parts. It became possible to track balances and update prices in real time, the system for selecting auto parts has been improved.
2. Mechanisms for non-typical data loading from the previous system have been designed and implemented, including data on complex accounts with customers that have been significantly optimized and transferred.
3. 15% faster receipt and processing of customer orders by simplifying the execution of customer orders.
4. Transparent accounting of used car sales is provided. The system has added the corresponding characteristic and transaction dates, which allows you to separately analyze the sales history of new and used equipment.
5. 10% improvement in inventory turnover by implementing illiquid assortment mechanisms.
6. 1.5 times faster preparation of management reporting. Reports have been created that allow you to calculate profits, evaluate the margins of transactions and monitor receivables.
7. A unified ecosystem of auto center management has been created: integrations with 1C: Accounting, email service, automaker systems, as well as the exchange of electronic documents and interaction with the MCDS system and cash registers have been set up. This facilitates rapid access to information and prompt decision-making at all levels of management.

The 1C-Rarus team conducted individual training for our users and ensured the stable functioning and development of our IT system. In the near future, we plan to start integrating Alfa-Auto with a platform for the sale of auto parts and with a system for calculating body repair calculations. We are also fully ready to start the labeling process for spare parts, tires and oils.
