Users of the platform Cian.ru: homeowners, tenants and realtors, get the opportunity to quickly and safely conclude lease agreements and issue temporary registration to a family of residents using Public services, without the need to visit MPSC or other state organizations.

The ownership and identity of the participants in the transaction in the "Online Agreement" are verified - the information is pulled up from the State Public services account and has legal significance. Signing the contract - in one click.

This service radically speeds up and simplifies the conclusion of a lease agreement by translating the entire process into a digital environment. He signs in the "State," which ensures the maximum security and reliability of the transaction.
