2025: Launch of a business readiness diagnostic service for the transition to Russian IBP systems
Axenix launches a business readiness diagnostic service for the transition to Russian integrated planning (IBP) systems. This is especially true against the background of changes in legislation that increase the requirements for the use of trusted domestic software in corporate and production structures. Axenix announced this on August 22, 2025.
Axenix invites companies to evaluate alternatives to moving from international solutions such as SAP APO to domestic platforms. Diagnostics include two specialized workshops - IT and business directions.
During the IT workshop, Axenix experts will explore the IT landscape of integrated planning systems, integration and data architecture, as well as assess the problems that arise in the performance, support, development and security of implemented solutions. At the business workshop, experts will analyze in detail the implemented business processes. This comprehensive approach allows you to conduct a fit-gap analysis, determine the degree of coverage of the client's functional and non-functional requirements, as well as form a roadmap for the transition to the domestic system with an indication of the estimated timing and cost of the project.
| Today, many enterprises are faced with a difficult choice: continue to work on foreign systems with growing risks or switch to Russian counterparts. Diagnostics help companies make a balanced decision. Our approach involves not only assessing technical readiness, but also building a real migration strategy. This allows customers to successfully rebuild their processes based on a reliable Russian solution, "said Stepan Nesterov, Managing Director of Axenix. |
| In the context of tightening legislative norms and increasing attention to issues of trusted software, our new diagnostic service allows companies to objectively assess their capabilities and prepare for the transition from foreign systems to domestic IBP platforms. Thanks to a comprehensive analysis of processes and IT infrastructure, we help to build a clear transition strategy, minimizing risks and ensuring quality and compliance with domestic standards, - comments Sergey Mozzherov, Product Director of In.Plan. |
