Scales of activity of the company and perspective of further business development resulted in need of development of uniform standards for management and creations of a corporate system which could cover all companies in management and would include means corporate planning and budgetings. The instrument of providing operational information to heads was necessary for acceptance of management decisions.

Head of department of IT of Stroymenedzhment Holding LLC - Swung VA. the analysis of the Russian market of the consulting companies and software solutions on budget management was carried out. On analysis results and the held meetings, INTALEV Group and the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management".

Basic reasons of the choice INTALEV:

  • Big functionality of consulting projects on setting of management systems;
  • Functionality of a system "INTALEV: Corporate management", allowing to solve assigned tasks.
  • The project started in October, 2010. Works on functional area Budget planning were begun.
  • In November, 2010 works on functional area "Management accounting and the reporting" were carried out.
  • Since December, 2010 works on functional area Payment schedule started.

Within functional area Budget planning the main regulations reflecting uniform methodology of group in budget planning were developed. Further they were configured in an automated system based on "INTALEV: Corporate management". User training of the configured model is provided and successful start of an automated system in trial operation is performed.

Within functional area "Management accounting and the reporting" was implemented transfer of the actual information from an accounting circuit in managerial and also all necessary documents and reports for control and the analysis of the actual management information are created.

Within functional area Payment schedule was regulated and automated the approved process of the Payment schedule, the necessary format of the request for payment is developed, the possibility of limitation of payments and reporting on cash flow is implemented.
