The project was implemented at the company's warehouse in St. Petersburg with an area of ​ ​ 1500 m2. The number of active item items is more than 4000, the number of storage locations is more than 2500, and the average number of shipping orders is about 100 per day. Most of the goods stored in the warehouse are accounted for by shelf life and labeling codes. The system was started without stopping the warehouse. At the stage of commissioning, the initial balances of goods in storage bins were loaded from the corporate information system. During the project, the unified printing forms for acceptance, shipment, inventory were finalized and reports were created to provide the necessary information about the development of employees.

The main goal of the project is to take into account marking codes in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, when performing warehouse operations (acceptance, shipment), it has been achieved. The company's warehouse keeps a complete record of the receipt and disposal of mandatory marking codes with the transfer of information to the CIS in real time. During acceptance, individual labeling codes of goods are aggregated and a label with a group code is applied to the packaging, which makes it possible to significantly speed up the execution of operations in the warehouse: in-warehouse movements, selection, control, inventory.

As a result of implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management "revision 5.1, all warehouse operations are carried out using shipping documentation, without the use of paper technology, which reduces the impact of the human factor and streamlines warehouse processes. The accounting of goods is carried out in the context of shelf life and marking codes, and the control of residues takes place in real time.
