2025: Implementation of BPMSoft-based CRM
The Belarusian chain of stores "Neighbors" has introduced CRM based on the low-code platform BPMSoft (developed by BPMSoft). This solution made it possible to speed up work with client data, improve the quality of analytics and increase marketing efficiency. The project was implemented by a certified partner of BPMSoft - system integrator Orange Process. BPMSoft announced this on August 28, 2025.
The company "Neighbors" builds marketing activities at every stage of the client path: from analysis and segmentation of the audience to personalized communications. Previously, a Western CRM system was used for these tasks, which did not meet the requirements of import substitution and limited business development. It took several hours to load the data, push notifications had to be sent manually. Limited integration with external services slowed the launch of campaigns and prevented scaling.
When switching to BPMSoft, the company moved customer data, including purchase and interaction history, which made it possible to speed up the processing of large amounts of information. The system is configured to automatically send notifications in various communication channels: email, SMS, mobile application and instant messengers.
The key stage was the connection of an external analytical service: now audience segmentation is formed on the basis of purchases, shares and customer preferences. Integration with Yandex cloud storage and local infrastructure has improved the accuracy of analytics and the overall level of marketing automation. As a result, customers receive more relevant offers, and the company records an increase in audience engagement and forms the basis for the further development of personalized communications.
