2025: Launch of the project team service for specific customer tasks

Navicon has launched a service for the formation of project teams for specific customer tasks. It implies picking a team in exact accordance with the roles and competencies required by the client, which allows solving the problem of a shortage of IT personnel. The service operates on the Time & Material model. The developer announced this on September 15, 2025.

This Navicon service will enable customers to strengthen their internal IT competencies by recruiting qualified system integrators and their partner network. This is an urgent task for a business experiencing an acute shortage of IT specialists, which, according to some estimates, reaches 30-35%.

The process of forming a project team involves several stages. At the first, a detailed analysis of the customer's needs is carried out: the specifics of the project, the timing of its implementation and the requirements for specialists, including the necessary skills, experience and the preferred format of service provision, are discussed.

At the second stage, teams are completed. The integrator can offer a large set of roles from both Navicon's internal specialists and the integrator's partner network. In the process of picking the team, competencies are assessed through interviews and test tasks. Finally, the last phase is the integration of the team into the project. At this stage, an administrator is allocated who will not only oversee interaction with the Customer, but also control the quality of the services provided. This provides for regular reporting, the implementation of the team in the customer's business, and, if necessary, further scaling of the team.

At the exit, the customer receives a ready-made turnkey command to solve a specific business problem. The service is already used by industry market players. Thus, for the national distributor and retailer of alcoholic beverages, the Navicon project team was engaged in the development of the client service system. Within the framework of the project, operator workplaces were automated, information collection on client requests was consolidated, reporting tools were created and a system for monitoring the quality of case processing was introduced.
