In March, 2011 it is announced the termination of a certification process of production of the systems of ensuring the safe StoneGate SSL connections according to security requirements of information of FSTEC of Russia. The received FSTEC certificate of Russia No. 2284 of 2/25/2011 certifies that the system of ensuring the safe StoneGate SSL connections is an information protection software and hardware, not containing the data which are the state secret, processed in computer networks with TCP/IP the protocol, from unauthorized access from external computer networks, and conforms to requirements of regulating documents "Computer aids. Firewalls. Protection against unauthorized access to information. Security indicators from unauthorized access to information" (State Technical Commission of Russia, 1997) - on the 3rd class of security, "Protection against unauthorized access to information. Part 1. Information security software. Classification by the level of absence control of not declared opportunities" (State Technical Commission of Russia, 1999) - on the 4th level of control, specifications can be also used for creation of automated systems to a class of security 1G inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems up to 1 class inclusive.

In April, 2012 the Stonesoft corporation jointly with the Russian technology partner announced Novye tekhnologii bezopasnosti LLC obtaining the certificate confirming compliance of the systems of protection of remote access of StoneGate SSL to requirements imposed on FSB of Russia to the cryptographic (cryptographic) tools intended for the data protection which is not containing the data which are the state secret on classes KC1 and KC2.

Certificate No. Federation Council/124-1803 of March 27, 2012 certifies that the means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) "The system of ensuring the safe StoneGate SSL VPN connections" conforms to requirements of FSB of Russia to class KC1 CIPF (for execution 1, 6, 10) and class K2 (for execution 2, 4, 7, 8, 11) and can be used for the cryptographic information protection (enciphering and masking of IP traffic) which is not containing the data which are the state secret.

On February 27, 2014 the companies Stonesoft also Digital Design announced the final of testing of the products for mutual compatibility: the solutions StoneGate SSL VPN and a product line "The protected mobility" are compatible for ensuring secure remote access.

Users of StoneGate SSL VPN and working at the platform Apple iOS, have now an opportunity to start on tablets Apple iPad applications "The protected mail", "The protected calendar", "The protected browser" and others.

StoneGate SSL VPN has certificates of FSB and FSTEC of Russia. The means of cryptographic information protection and the electronic signature applied both in StoneGate SSL VPN, and in a product line "The protected mobility" are developed by the company of Krypto-PRO, certified by FSB of Russia and can be used for creation and verification of the qualified electronic signature, data protection in the state information systems up to 1 class of security inclusive and personal data information systems up to 1 level of security inclusive.
