2025: Complete End-to-End Automation

IT integrator "First Bit" has completed a project on comprehensive automation of the Yaroslavl packaging manufacturer "YARPAK" based on "1C: Small Business Management." This was announced by "First Bit" on September 25, 2025.

The transformation of business processes led to a twofold acceleration of order processing (from coordination to line launch) and the release of up to 30% of employees' working time from routine.

Automation with 1C has opened up new opportunities for us. We can respond quickly to the needs of customers and analyze our economy much deeper than before. Now we devote more time to development, not routine!, - said Evgeny Bubnov, director of YARPAK.

The YARPAK company is a regional manufacturer of packages and packaging, whose products are supplied to such federal networks as Pyaterochka, Globus and House of Food.

The growth of business and the complexity of production processes required a transition from disparate accounting to a single information system. The main tasks were to eliminate manual input errors, speed up the response to orders and obtain accurate data on the cost of production.

The experts of the IT integrator "First Bit" focused on setting up an end-to-end business process that automatically connects all stages of the company's work.

The YARPAK manager, as usual, registers the order that has arrived, but then automation comes into play. The system itself checks the availability of the article. If not, it automatically creates a production order. He, in turn, calculates by predetermined specifications how many and what materials are needed, and if they are not enough, forms an order to the supplier.

The receipt of materials to the warehouse automatically releases the production stage, and the release of products - shipment to the customer. This approach eliminated the need for continuous manual alignment between departments.

As a result, significant improvements were achieved. The time for approval and launch of orders into production was reduced by 2 times due to the automation of data transmission. By eliminating routine backup operations, calculating requirements and generating documents, up to 30% of employees' working time was freed up.

The specialists of the Yaroslavl First Bit have introduced a mechanism for calculating the exact cost of each order and profitability for each item, which gave the management a tool for making weighted price decisions.

The number of errors in the calculation of piecework wages was also significantly reduced due to the automatic accounting of employee production.

The key task for us was not just to automate accounting, but to create a holistic management framework. We have built a digital footprint from the client's application to the purchase of raw materials and production of products. This allows management to see not only the financial result, but also the operational reasons that led to it, which is fundamentally important for business growth, "said Andrei Skvortsov, head of the First Bit office in Yaroslavl.
