2025: Technonicol bought LTM

Technonicol completed the purchase of LTD Flower LLC, which produces fiber cement plates for ventilated facades. The transaction for the acquisition of the enterprise is estimated at ₽3 - 3.5 billion. The company came under the control of the holding through Zavod Techno LLC, which belongs to Igor Rybakov, one of the founders of Technonikol. This became known at the end of September 2025.

According to Kommersant, the change of ownership of TD LTD LLC was registered on September 17, 2025. Previously, the company was owned on a parity basis by Sergey Zubkov and Alexey Labutin. Elena Varlamova, partner of the business and asset assessment practice of the Neo consulting company, provided an estimate of the transaction value of ₽3-3.5 billion.

The acquired business included two production enterprises. The plant in Obninsk, Kaluga Region produces more than 1 million square meters of slabs annually. The color line is located in Ruza, Moscow Region, and paints almost 1 million square meters of slabs per year. The company ships products to 32 regions of Russia.

The financial indicators of LTD Flower LTM LLC showed growth in 2024. The company's revenue increased by 28% compared to 2023 and reached ₽1,33 billion. Net profit increased by 35% to ₽520 million. Data provided by SPARK system.

Technonikol Holding was founded by Sergey Kolesnikov and Igor Rybakov in 1992. The company specializes in the production of construction and thermal insulation materials. The holding includes more than 70 factories located in Russia and Belarus. The group's revenue in 2024 amounted to ₽256 billion, showing an increase of 21% for the year.

Dmitry Borisov, head of M&A at Technonikol, noted that the production of fiber cement facing plates is a new direction for the holding. The acquisition will allow organizing a full cycle of manufacturing hinged facade systems. The holding plans to modernize and expand the purchased capacity. As a result, output at existing plants will increase by 50%.[1]
