2025: P7-Office Implementation Agreement

A tripartite cooperation agreement was concluded between the developer of office software for R7 collaboration, a group of IT companies Lad and the Department of Information Technologies and Digital Development of the Kurgan Region. The parties will join forces to promote Russian office software, supporting the course towards import substitution and digital transformation of the region. This was announced by R7 on October 6, 2025.

The parties to the agreement intend to cooperate closely on the coordination of strategy and tactics for working on integration processes, as well as on user training. As part of the agreement, R7 will provide software, including in the format of free licenses, and inform partners about its capabilities. The Department of Information Technology and Digital Development will test and implement IT solutions from R7, and of course, share information with the developer and integrator of solutions. The Lad group of IT companies takes on the role of a technological and methodological partner - it will help in the development of software, provide technical support, conduct training events and seminars.

The parties to the agreement intend to communicate productively, discussing implementation issues, exchange information and participate together in events: conferences, exhibitions, etc. It is also possible to work together in the format of joint groups or expert councils.

For us, this agreement is an opportunity to present their products in the Kurgan region and show that Russian office solutions can really close all key tasks in education, state structures and business, "said Andrey Molchanov, head of the center for work with educational institutions in R7. - Together we will work to ensure that the transition to domestic software is as comfortable as possible and at the same time in detail, including such aspects as testing, user training and technical support.

I hope our cooperation will ultimately ensure stable operation, increase the level of security and make the region more independent of foreign software, "said Gulzhan Fakhrutdinova, Director of the Department of Information Technologies and Digital Development of the Kurgan Region. - As part of the joint work, we are going not only to implement the software, but also to comprehensively work out the process, including the issues of personnel training and technical support. This knowledge can be used to scale the implementation process. "

Our task is to ensure the most comfortable implementation of R7 products, using the accumulated expert experience to optimize the process, which does not always go smoothly, "said Dmitry Sukhotkin, Deputy Director for Development of the Lad IT Group. - This cooperation will also allow us to increase our own competencies in terms of organizing technical support and solving issues of training software users.
