2025: Launch of telemedicine consultations based on the N3.Health platform
The St. Petersburg Clinic of Aesthetic Surgery and Cosmetology "Abriell" has launched a telemedicine consultation service based on the N3.Health platform within the framework of the MILA ecosystem of digital services for the patient. With this tool, the organization moved remote communications with clients into a secure loop and expanded their capabilities. The project was implemented as soon as possible - in two weeks. The comprehensive service of telemedicine consultations provides interaction with patients through secure communication channels - chat, video conferencing (VKS), exchange of documents and photos - in full compliance with regulatory requirements for the protection of personal data.
The Abriell Clinic provides a wide range of skin care, plastic and aesthetic surgery services. For the convenience of clients, preliminary personal and online consultations are provided that help plan treatment and prepare for surgery. Previously, such consultations had to be carried out in instant messengers. However, the company seeks to ensure the maximum level of protection of personal data of customers and compliance with medical secrets, therefore, a specialized service was in demand - a safer and more functional one.
The decision from N3.Health made it possible to close the needs of the clinic, taking into account the specifics of its work. So, for example, it implements the ability to sign up for an online consultation with registration by mail, without authorizing the patient through Public services. This is important for foreign patients who sign up for procedures from abroad.
Also, at the request of the clinic, the service management settings were expanded: the ability to cancel the automatic blocking of sending messages by the patient to the doctor's chat after the consultation was completed was added.
The telemedicine consultation service based on the N3.Health platform was introduced in the clinic as quickly as possible - in less than two weeks - thanks to the experience of ElNetMed specialists and the active participation of customer representatives in the project.
