2026: Integration into SL Soft AI IDP Service

SL Soft has released the next release of the IDP service (the product is part of the SL Soft AI cluster). Softline announced this on January 14, 2026. It works in a dialogue format: the user formulates a natural language request and receives an accurate answer, a relevant fragment of the document or links to files with the necessary information. The company SL Soft FabricaONE.AI (shareholder - GC) Softline continues to develop the direction artificial intelligence and brings to the market SL AI Search - an intelligent search module developed by the SL Soft AI cluster. The product provides fast and accurate access to corporate, to data combining disparate knowledge bases and documents into a single digital space. Softline announced this on October 15, 2025.

SL AI Search allows employees to receive an answer to a question of interest formulated in a natural language. The answer can be obtained in the form of text indicating the source, reference to the document or excerpts from the file. Users can work with search in the usual interface: SL AI Search can be built into a single window of the corporate portal, be available through chat in popular instant messengers or built into information systems.

Intelligent search is implemented in two modes. The first is dialogue chat based on RAG and large language models: it returns an accurate and generalized response based on corporate documents and the knowledge base. If the user's request is ambiguous and requires detail, SL AI Search asks follow-up questions. The second mode is a classic search string that can search not only by words, but also by their synonyms and related terms in order to find the necessary documents even when queried in free form. This combination allows you to choose the best work scenario - from quickly searching for a document to explaining a difficult question in the chat.

The module works with meaning and context, supports semantic and vector search, and understands synonyms and professional vocabulary. SL AI Search provides end-to-end search of local and network folders,, EDMS, KEDO archives, - ERP systems, corporate portals, cloud storage, business correspondence and external resources. The product allows you to find the necessary data in texts, tables, images and other types. files

Intelligent search works as an independent component that a business can use separately or in conjunction with other modules from the SL Soft AI cluster (AI agents and AI assistants, RPA, IDP, OCR and GenAI).

During the pilot implementations, the use of intelligent search showed savings of up to two hours of working time of employees daily, as well as an increase in productivity of individual departments up to 30%.
