2025: Group Formation

On May 23, 2025, the investment and technological holding Softline (Softline Group of companies) announced the creation of the FabricaONE.AI group (Fabrika cluster ON). It combines the assets and competencies of Softline in the field of artificial intelligence custom development and industrial. software

FabricaONE.AI includes companies such as Bell Integrator, SL Soft, SL Prom Soft, Develonica, ATI Academy and others. The formation of the cluster is part of the Softline Group of Companies operational transformation program. It is assumed that this will increase the group's competitiveness and strengthen its position in the field of AI-based software development, ensuring the maximum return on the resources and competencies of the new structure. In addition, the interaction between companies in the cluster will improve.

Maxim Tadevosyan has been appointed CEO of FabricaONE.AI. Previously, he served as vice president of strategy and development for VK, CEO of the Rambler & Co group, and also implemented technology projects as part of the investment company RAMT, being its founder. As head of FabricaONE.AI, Tadevosyan will be responsible for the strategic and financial management of the cluster, the development of its product range, the implementation of the merger and acquisition strategy, as well as interaction with partners and investors.

In general, within the framework of FabricaONE.AI, a comprehensive portfolio of services and products has been formed to provide a full range of custom development services and create circulation software using AI technologies. Customers will be offered industrial solutions aimed at digitalization and optimization of production processes, as well as educational services in the field of IT with a focus on training corporate clients.[1]
