Biography

Maxim Tadevosyan graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of MGIMO (U) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

He has more than ten years of experience in the advertising business, including in the media sector.

From 2007 to 2011, he worked at the MediaCom agency (WPP, GroupM), responsible for business development and working with key clients of the agency.

From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director General of the Progression Agency.

Since 2014, he worked as First Deputy CEO at Rambler & Co.

In February 2018, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Commerce of the Rambler Group, a structure that will be formed during 2018 as a result of the merger of Rambler & Co, Cinema Park, Formula Kino and the ABC-Atticus publishing group. Read more here.

As it became known on June 3, 2019, Maxim Tadevosyan who in this quality supervises operation of the block of "Media" (Gazeta.ru, Lenta.ru, Afisha.ru, Championat.ru, Rambler.ru, LiveJournal), the Commerce block, the IT block and service "Rambler is appointed to the position of the managing director of Rambler&Co. Cash desk". Tadevosyan will also become a member of the board and will report to CEO of Rambler Group Rafael Abrahamyan.[1]

In 2019, Maxim was directly involved in the deal to include Sberbank in the Rambler Group (cash-in) shareholders, which also included Rambler & Co.

In March 2021, Maxim Tadevosyan, who served as CEO of the Rambler & Co group, decided to focus on developing his own projects. This was reported to the Rambler Group on March 9, 2021.

2021: Creation of an investment and design bureau for the development of IT projects

2025: Appointment as CEO of FabricaONE.AI Group

On May 23, 2025, Softline Investment and Technology Holding announced that its new FabricaONE.AI group (Software Factory cluster) will be headed by Maxim Tadevosyan. Previously, he served as general director of the Rambler & Co group, and also served as vice president for strategy and development of the Internet holding VK, which he left at the end of 2024.

Softline calls the creation of FabricaONE.AI an important stage in the operational transformation of the group and a step towards the formation of an independent structure in the segment of software development based on artificial intelligence. The key areas of the cluster's work are the provision of services for custom product development and the creation of solutions in the field of circulation and industrial software using AI. The list of FabricaONE.AI customers includes more than 1000 companies, including the largest players with a focus on digitalization from the financial, state, oil and gas sectors, as well as a number of other industries.

Maxim Tadevosyan

Tadevosyan as the head of FabricaONE.AI will be responsible for the strategic and financial management of the cluster, the development of its product range, the implementation of the M&A strategy, as well as interaction with partners and investors. The Softline report says that Tadevosyan's experience in the largest Russian companies, his digital expertise and entrepreneurial approach perfectly correspond to the tasks facing the Software Factory. Tadevosyan himself notes that the group he heads will focus on deepening the integration of AI technologies into cluster solutions, implementing an industry expansion strategy and partnerships in the field of digital transformation.
