2024: Delo Group centralized IT function, absorbing Rolis

In 2024, the information technology management function, including information security, in one of the largest transport and logistics holdings in Russia and the largest container carrier Delo Group began to be carried out centrally and the transition to a service model began. This follows from the report on the sustainable development of Delo Group of Companies, published in October 2025, which TAdviser got acquainted with. Centralized management is carried out on the basis of the internal IT integrator - Delotech.
