The company has the healthy ambitions directed to growth strategy. Allows to judge not only rates of development of the company, but also aspiration of the management to improvement of the existing business processes it. It is the second joint project of MARATEKS Group and INTALEV Group, the first work was directed to creation of the automated control system for finance – in development there were such functional areas as: "Budget planning", Managerial accounting, Payment schedule.

Now MARATEKS Group was aimed at improvement of business processes of project activity.

Caused the repeated appeal to INTALEV Group:

  • Successful work experience in the past;
  • The project manager from the customer was familiar with the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" on a prior workplace;
  • The selected software is developed on the 1C Platform that allows to integrate most effectively the system of budget management with other accounting systems.

Main goals of the project:

  • automation of budgeting of project activity of MARATEKS Group;
  • the organization of electronic document management in ASUF on the software platform "INTALEV: Corporate management", development of methodology and automation of electronic approval of agreements, maintaining archive of documents.

Experience of experts of INTALEV Group and harmonious work of a project team from the customer allowed to perform the project in a short time – 2 months.

Implementation of functional area "Budgeting of project activity" allowed:

  • see in one system design data, both on the basic, and in separate projects within IRR model for several years ahead;
  • expand analytical cuts for creation and the analysis of the reporting and by that to reduce time for creation of such reporting.

Implementation of functional area "Electronic document flow of agreements" was marked by the following results:

  • visualization, transparency and clearness of process of approval of agreements;
  • accurate terms of electronic approval of agreements;
  • increase in discipline of initiators of agreements throughout approval of the agreement: insurance upon loss of the agreement, permanent informing on a status of the agreement and other;
  • increase in responsibility of initiators of agreements for the end result.
