2025: Attraction of RUR 250 mln of investments
In November 2025, the venture capital fund Rising"" invested 250 million rubles in the Russian developer and manufacturer of 3D printers software and for metal powder printing Am.Tech. The anchor investor of the fund is the group "."Interros Vladimir Potanin
According to Forbes, the total investment round is up to 600 million rubles. The financing will go so that Am.Tech can move from pilot production to expanding the supply of 3D printers fully produced in Russia. It is planned to complete the localization of parts, conduct research and development (R&D) and increase the capacity of the production center.
Am.Tech has developed two models of industrial 3D printers - AMT-16 and AMT-32. This equipment is used for the production of metal components in industries such as aircraft engineering, astronautics, the energy sector, mechanical engineering and healthcare. The developments were carried out at the expense of a subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation received in 2023.
According to experts, the Russian market for additive technologies is showing growth ahead of basic forecasts. Olga Ospennikova, executive director of the Association for the Development of Additive Technologies (ARAT), said that in 2024 its volume reached 18 billion rubles.
Pavel Okhonin, partner of the investment company Kama Flow, noted that the success of Am.Tech will depend on the speed of localization of production and the expansion of the database of models available for printing. Danila Trusov, director of the Inferit ITMen product, stressed that the key challenges for the market remain dependence on imported components, a shortage of qualified engineers and the need for investment in certification and R&D.[1]
