Bungly manages release of new collections on Directum RX platform

2025: Directum Projects Implementation

Russian the manufacturer clothes Bungly translated the processes into numbers using Directum Projects the Project Management solution. As of November 2025, more than 20 employees work in the system: thanks to the implementation, it was possible to establish work with project documents, reduce the risks of delay and quickly make changes to collections. This was Directum announced on November 12, 2025.

The first stage of the project took 2 months. During this time, BUNGLY has developed types of documents and regulations for their approval. Access rights are granted automatically, and the data itself is stored in project folders.

To build transparent interaction between employees, the company used another solution of the Directum RX platform - "Meetings." The meeting administrator records all the orders of the assortment committee, and after the meeting - automatically sends tasks to the responsible.

Additionally, the company has set up coordination for such processes:

• having reached parties;
• work with the rejection of raw materials and finished products;
• Making changes to the collection
• tissue coupon testing;
• development of design layouts;
• preparation of the sales report.

Based on the results of the first stage, we managed to structure project documents. Everyone interested always knows where to find certain data. It also became possible to track changes in sketches, which greatly simplified the work of employees. The approval processes have become more transparent - you can see at what stage the document is, and who needs to be rushed, - said Ekaterina Bredova, head of the project office.
