SberMobile and A1 Systems jointly presented the IoT Hub for managing eSIM chips and communication services, which allows companies to change operators and adjust connections remotely - without replacing SIM cards and physical access to the device. The solution was created for a business developing projects of the Internet of Things (IoT). Sberbank announced this on November 18, 2025.

The original development provides companies with the opportunity to accelerate scaling and minimize the cost of organization and communication processes. The IoT Hub combines a client portal for management and a server for secure execution of operations. The solution is compatible with eSIM chips of all formats (2FF, 3FF, 4FF, MFF2). The platform supports a full cycle of eSIM management - from loading the profile on the chip to automated switching to the optimal network. With its help, companies can centrally perform mass operations, minimize operating costs and ensure the continuity of services even in remote or hard-to-reach regions of the country. The solution integrates with current M2M platforms via API to manage tariffs, limits and other communication services.

The developed technology allows you to remotely connect to any operator in Russia without the departure of engineers and replacing SIM cards. All operations are performed in a secure loop using Russian software solutions. This guarantees data security and autonomy from foreign platforms. According to company experts, the implementation of the solution will remove the costs of SIM card logistics, speed up the deployment of projects by 60% and increase the availability of services by 90%.
