History

2020: Passing the GSMA SAS-SM audit and starting the provision of eSIM profile management services

On August 10, 2020, A1 Systems announced the passage of the primary audit (dry audit) of the GSMA SAS-SM (Security Accreditation Scheme - Subscription Management) and the start of commercial provision of services for managing eSIM profiles. The audit certificate is available on the GSMA website.

eSIM technology removes the physicality of SIM cards for a mobile operator. The eSIM digital profile contains all the necessary settings, applets and security keys. The profile can be remotely (over-the-air) installed on any eUICC (embedded UICC) chip that supports GSMA specifications, which develops eSIM technology.

The RSP (Remote SIM Provisioning) solutions developed A1 Systems are designed to work with consumer electronics and to download and manage eSIM profiles on M2M devices.
