Postgres Professional and Gems Group announced compatibility of their products on November 20, 2025. The certificate issued by Postgres Professional confirms the correct operation of the Geometry Geoinformation Analytical System from Gems and Postgres Pro Certified 15.
GEMS develops and implements georegulated area management systems, combining geotechnology with process automation and data analytics. The implemented systems are based on the Geometry platform from GEMS, registered in the register of domestic software. The main users are authorities, municipalities and large companies working with spatial data.
Complete Geometry-based solutions provide:
- Optimization of territory and infrastructure management;
- Automation of processes and information exchange in the provision of state and municipal services;
- Interactive visualization of information on digital maps;
- Collect, store, and analyze data from different sources.
| Over the past year, we see a significant increase in interest in using domestic certified DBMS. To ensure our customers are reliable and compliant, we have tested the compatibility of Gems' Geometry platform with Postgres Pro Certified. The results confirmed full interoperability with our product, which allows our clients to confidently pass GIS certification and optimize the budget during implementation, - said Operating Director Konstantin Kurdyumov. |
| It is important for us that the Postgres Pro ecosystem is expanding with partners such as GEMS. Geoinformation systems are one of the key segments where high performance, security and independence from foreign technologies are required. Confirmation of compatibility with Geometa is a step towards creating a single trusted loop of domestic solutions that ensures the technological stability of state and municipal management, "said Ivan Panchenko, General Director of Postgres Professional. |
