Thanks to the implementation of PIX RPA with the support of First Bit, we robotized the processes for reporting and sending ESFs. Now the accountant does not spend time on this and can focus on other, more complex and expert tasks. Robotization also made it possible to increase the speed and accuracy of data processing, saved errors and simplified control over operations, "said Irina Leontyeva, chief accountant of Taber Trade KZ LLP.

Previously, the company's employees had to spend daily from one and a half to two hours collecting and reconciling retail sales data from various accounting systems, as well as preparing and sending electronic invoices. These time-consuming processes were accompanied by error risks due to the human factor.

To solve the problem, the management turned to the specialists of the integrator "First Bit" (Almaty), who introduced a software robot to automate these operations. Now the system independently, according to the established schedule, collects data from the PDD, external accounting system and 1C , checks them, monitors the correctness of documents and generates a final report.

In addition, the robot autonomously generates and sends electronic invoices through the ESF IS server using an electronic digital signature. All processes now take about 20 minutes, which is 6 times faster than manual labor, and employees quickly receive notifications of any inconsistencies.

The project was put into commercial operation on August 22, 2025.
