Task
TS Pobeda appealed to ITECH for the implementation of the task as part of the process of creating the company's HR landscape. With the help of the mobile application, POBEDA wanted to improve the level of qualifications, immersion in the life of the company and corporate interaction with line employees: sellers, storekeepers, security guards, loaders, drivers. Employees did not have a personal work computer and were actually outside the company's HR loop.
Purposes
The main goals of developing a portal for several thousand employees are:
- creating a digital workplace with access through a smartphone;
- increasing engagement and awareness of corporate life;
- use of popular HRM services outside the dextop.
Execution
1. Implementation of functionality on the corporate portal Bitrix24:
- Implemented the module "Authorization: User Roles" to separate users according to the role model and authorization capabilities.
- Formed the architecture of the application: Bitrix24 + integration with AD 1C,,,. VK KEDO Scroll-tool
2. Drawing design layouts and implementing the functionality required for line personnel in the PWA application. In order to save resources on turning the PWA version and increase the speed of implementation, the design was created on the basis of ready-made Vuetify templates.
The first release introduced the following modules: authorization, news feed, personal page, information about the company, billing and sick leave, useful links.
The second release introduced sections: assistance, CEDO, training, internal personnel reserve, annual assessment and surveys.
Results
- Each employee of the company gained access to a digital workplace in his smartphone.
- 11000 + users are connected to the system (almost all employees of the company).
- ~ 1,000 people use the app every day.
- 82% rate the application at 4/5 and 5/5.
- The number of salary questions of employees decreased by 17%.
- Over the year, the number of trained employees has grown 3 times.
