2025: Transition to BPMSoft

International independent pharmaceutical company Biocodex has completed a project to migrate from foreign CRM to the domestic low-code platform BPMSoft. The project, implemented by the specialists of the Onellect system integrator, made it possible not only to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, but also to bring to a new level the efficiency of the field teams, analytics and management of the company's client base. BPMSoft (formerly LANIT Omni) announced this on December 11, 2025.

The reason for the migration was the withdrawal from the Russian market of international CRM platforms. The company faced a difficult task: to find a flexible and functional domestic solution that would ensure business continuity, storage of data on servers in Russia and the ability to quickly adapt processes. After a thorough analysis of Russian systems, the choice was made in favor of the low-code platform BPMSoft, which ensures full compatibility with the business processes of the pharmaceutical company.

The project started in November 2023, and its productive completion and complete transition of users took place in early 2025. The key objective of the project was to seamlessly adapt the numerous custom processes created in the previous system. During the migration, more than 50 thousand contacts, 60 thousand counterparties, 200 thousand activities and over 1 million records of other objects were transferred, which made it possible to maintain the usual logic of work for more than 200 users.

The main goal of the implementation of BPMSoft was to work with a CRM system that meets both the current and future tasks of the company. It is critically important for us to build long-term and transparent relationships with doctors, which is facilitated by providing medical representatives with a complete history of interactions. In addition, we set the goal of expanding the scorecard to objectively assess the performance of employees, said Ekaterina Potapova, SFE manager of Biocodex.

BPMSoft has become the main working tool for the company's field teams, providing them with a mobile application for prompt access to the client base, recording the results of visits and assessing the loyalty of doctors directly during meetings.

Regional leaders and coaches received a detailed control tool: the ability to conduct double and trace visits, track the location of employees during interaction with doctors, analyze the execution of work scenarios and participation in events, and built-in reports and dashboards made it possible to see changes in real time.

One of the key qualities of the platform was its flexibility. The low-code approach allowed the Biocodex team to independently and quickly make changes to processes without constantly involving developers. In addition, integration with Yandex services, including routing and cloud storage, was successfully implemented, which greatly facilitated work with large files and automated the process of planning visits.
