2025: Drone Release
In December 2025, the Drone Force development company (Smolensk region) announced the release of modernized Force drones. The new devices are equipped with shotguns to intercept air targets - aircraft-type drones.
According to a spokesman for Drone Force to TASS, the company's specialists have modernized the Force 10-inch FPV drone. The device is capable of producing two full shots with shot. To improve accuracy, the drone is equipped with an artificial intelligence system: the sensor is automatically aimed at the target, and the operator performs a shot.
The upgraded shotgun drone is already used in the Belgorod region and demonstrates high efficiency. Drone Force said that the device is mass-produced, and work is underway to supply it to other border regions, including the Kursk and Bryansk regions.
In parallel, Drone Force organized mass production of another modification - the Force 15-inch reconnaissance drone. This device was created at the request of the military operating in the Zaporizhzhya direction to defeat heavy enemy equipment located at a distance of up to 10 km.
The reconnaissance drone is equipped with thermal imaging equipment for round-the-clock operation. Its key feature is its resistance to electronic warfare EW (), which is achieved through special, ON developed by Drone Force, and shifted control frequencies.
| Thanks to the new software, the results of using the drone have increased much. The guys in the SVO zone were satisfied, - noted in Drone Force. |
A 15-inch reconnaissance drone was tested at one of the training grounds near Moscow, where it confirmed resistance even to Russian electronic warfare equipment. The monthly output of this modification is approximately 600 units, Drone Force said.[1][2]
