2025: Moving Infrastructure to the Yandex Cloud

JSC "Center for the Development of Electronic Trading" (operator ETP "Torgi223") on December 23, 2025 announced the completion of the project to transfer the infrastructure to the Yandex Cloud cloud platform. The project was launched in 2021 and became part of a strategy to move from operating its own servers to using a scalable cloud architecture.

The technology stack used in the project meets the requirements of Russian legislation in the field of information security and ensures the necessary level of infrastructure stability.

A key element of the architecture was a cluster based on the Deckhouse Kubernetes Platform. Unlike the classic Kubernetes, Deckhouse is adapted to the specifics of the Russian IT market and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for systems that process sensitive data and personal information of bidders.

The transition to Yandex Cloud allowed the Torgi223 ETP to automatically scale loads during periods of peak user activity, increase fault tolerance and optimize the cost structure. The solution also ensures compliance with national security standards, including cryptographic data protection.

The use of the cloud model made it possible to convert capital costs into operating costs and abandon the cost of maintaining its own data center. The transition to a containerized architecture has accelerated the development and deployment cycle of software updates, as well as increased the efficiency of testing and stability monitoring processes.
