The IAR-Group solution on mandatory labeling was introduced at the Shishkin Forest enterprise. I-Teco (Ai-Teko, iTeco) announced this on January 23, 2026.

The project is implemented turnkey and covers the full cycle of product labeling: from application and verification of codes to rejection, aggregation into boxes and pallets and transfer of data to the state digital labeling system "Honest Sign." The solution is deployed taking into account the architecture of the production line and the requirements for stability and continuity of the marking process, which ensures reliable operation without delay and complete traceability of product quality.

From receiving initial data to putting the line into commercial operation, the project was implemented in two months. During this time, the IAR-Group team developed the solution architecture, completed assembly and comprehensive tests on its own site, including mechanics, electrical and software. The server part was deployed remotely, and by the time the equipment was delivered to the Shishkin Forest site, the system was fully ready for operation.

We are pleasantly surprised by the speed of installation and the ease of operation of the new automated equipment. Thanks to the intuitive interface and transparent logic of the software, our operators quickly mastered the system and launched the product labeling process. The line processes from 20 to 30 bottles per minute, demonstrating stable functionality without downtime and failures, - said Aram Ayvazyan, head of the IT service of the Shishkin Forest Group of Companies.

Taking into account the limited space on the Shishkin Forest production line, IAR-Group specialists have developed a special compact module that combines the functions of serialization, aggregation and transportation of products, which made it possible to integrate the solution into the existing line without modifying and stopping it.
