2026: The threat of bankruptcy - the lawsuit was filed by the Federal Tax Service
At the end of January 2026, it became known that the Federal Tax Service (FTS) sent a statement to the Moscow Arbitration Court demanding that F-Plus Personnel Decisions be declared bankrupt. This organization is a subsidiary of the Fplus holding .
LLC "F-Plus Personnel Decisions" was registered in June 2023 in Moscow with an authorized capital of 5 million rubles. The organization conducts activities in the field of recruitment. Other areas of work include consulting on business and management, activities to provide other support services for business, as well as additional education for children and adults.
The founders of F-Plus Personnel Solutions LLC in equal shares are Alexey Melnikov, who also holds the post of general director, and Vladimir Kornev. According to the Rusprofile service, in the first full year of operation, the number of employees increased from 5 to 54 people.
According to the Business News Agency, the statement of the Federal Tax Service as of January 23, 2026 indicates that F-Plus Personnel Decisions has suspended operations on bank accounts in connection with debt collection. Its size exceeds 23.5 million rubles. At the same time, in 2024, taxes and contributions totaling about 16.7 million rubles were paid.
In the fall of 2025, information appeared about the intention of individual banks to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against F-Plus Equipment and Development LLC (produces IT equipment under the Fplus brand). Then the company itself said that its financial situation remains stable. It was argued that the development, release and shipment of finished products continues without interruption, and the fulfillment of obligations to partners is an ongoing priority of the company.[1]
