Biography
Alexey Sergeevich Melnikov was born on January 29, 1981.
He graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Finance and Credit, candidate of economic sciences.
Since 2002, he worked in the Sberbank of Russia system, where he went from the post of inspector of the sector of problem and overdue loans to the deputy chairman of the North-West Bank of Sberbank of Russia.
In 2016, he joined Marvel Distribution and was appointed executive vice president and general director of Marvell KT LLC (Marvell KT LLC united all legal entities operating under the Marvel Distribution brand, and subsequently became the main legal entity of the company).

Creation of an investment fund to support Russian IT startups
Dmitry Komissarov, founder and co-owner of MyOffice, together with partners created an investment fund to support Russian technological startups Strigo Capital. The fund's partners were Alexey Melnikov and Vladimir Kornev, founders and co-owners of F-Plus Equipment and Development LLC (developer and manufacturer of IT equipment under the F + brand), Eduard Batanov, ex-vice-governor of St. Petersburg and a number of other participants in the IT industry. Increase share in Fplus to 100%
Fplus co-founder Vladimir Kornev sold 50% of the IT holding to its CEO Alexei Melnikov, as a result of which the latter became the sole owner of the company. In mid-August 2024, it became known that the co-owners of the head structure of the IT holding Fplus LLC F-Plus Equipment and Development Alexei Melnikov and Oleg Barabanov sold 50% of the company to the closed unit investment fund (ZPIF) "Nuclon."
According to the Kommersant newspaper, before the transaction, Barabanov owned 10% of the company - he completely withdrew from its capital. Melnikov, who previously owned 90%, retained a 50% stake. Read more here.
