The Available Sleep company has a category "A" warehouse with an area of ​ ​ 1500 square meters in Ivanovo, it consists of several zones: acceptance, shipment, cross-docking, storage, piece sampling, pressure testing. In total, about 2,000 SKUs are processed here. This warehouse is now managed by AXELOT WMS. AXELOT took into account all the features of the company's assortment range when setting up the system.

Among the key functionality that has been implemented are:

• Accounting of measuring material. The products arriving at the warehouse can have different meterage. AXELOT WMS allows you to accept such goods by bar code, which contains information about the material, batch, quantity (meters/kilograms) and accounting units according to the international classification.
• Work with packages. The system can collect goods from several components into one set or disassemble the set into components.
• Warehouse planning. AXELOT WMS plans to populate cells within the zone according to the specified topology-level planning order. The system controls the capacity of both individual cells and sections.
• Automated selection of goods. WMS uses the principle of maximum release of storage places: first of all, goods are selected from where they remain the least.
• Distribution of tasks. Depending on the order volume, the system distributes tasks: if the order includes individual pieces, the storekeeper is responsible for it, and if a whole pallet is required, the system entrusts the loader driver to perform.

With AXELOT WMS, management can more accurately plan resources and improve customer experience.
